I’m not a therapist by degree but I have become increasingly aware over the years that doing my job for a living has given me all the skills to help people get on the right path and to change their attitude, Most of my clients over the years have told me their whole life story with out even realizing it…Having your hair done is such a personal thing that people naturally find it easy to confide in you.. So combining the two and expanding on to Image consultancy was something that I just had to do as so many of my clients were desperate for me to re style them completely and I just couldn’t say no!!

Through my job I have met hundreds of women who feel like this…When they look in the mirror they’ve lost sight of who is looking back at them.

There are mothers with toddlers, teenagers, too busy to care about them selves or who lack the motivation to even get up off the sofa because they’ve lost their way and it all seems too hard. Women going through the menopause, or looking for Mr. commitment, or in a rut.

I have experienced most of these emotions through various stages of my life and while still only 33, I know what it’s like being a working mum and still trying to find the time to squeeze a little ME time in. I have learnt over the years that if I’m happy with who I am then the rest of it just seems to work around me and my attitude to life is completely different than when I’m feeling low.

I absolutely love my job and say every day to people it honestly is like getting paid to do a hobby!!!
